EU consumers – 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please email us at shop@itbart.eu with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
Return condition
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging (including any accessories, leaflets, and protective materials). We may refuse a return or reduce the refund if the item is returned in a condition that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Return shipping costs
Unless the product is defective or we made an error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service and proper packaging.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase (unless agreed otherwise).
Refunds are typically processed within 14 days from the day we receive the returned item, but we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back (whichever occurs first).
Damaged or defective items
If your parcel arrives damaged, or the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
We will propose an appropriate solution: replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation and availability.
Wrong item / missing item
If you received the wrong item or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the issue.
Pre-orders / items ordered from suppliers
For pre-orders or items that we order from suppliers (e.g., Hachette, DeAgostini), you can still withdraw within 14 days after you receive the goods.
If a pre-order becomes unavailable or is significantly delayed, we will contact you and you may choose to wait, replace the item, or cancel for a refund.
How to return
- Email shop@itbart.eu with your order number and request to return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked service.
- Email us the tracking number.
