Dispatch time (in-stock items)
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Pre-orders / items ordered from suppliers (Hachette, DeAgostini, etc.)
Some products are offered as pre-orders or are ordered from our suppliers after you place the order. These items are dispatched within 10–15 business days after payment is received in most cases, unless the product page states otherwise.
Please note that dispatch time may vary depending on supplier availability and delivery schedules. If there is a significant delay or a product becomes unavailable, we will contact you with an update and you may choose to wait, replace the item, or cancel for a refund.
Mixed orders (in-stock + pre-order)
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may:
- ship everything together once all items are available, or
- ship in-stock items first (additional shipping costs may apply).If you have a preference, please contact us after placing the order.
Shipping methods & tracking
We ship with tracked services whenever available. After dispatch you will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping destinations
We ship to the European Union. If you need shipping outside the EU, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery country and selected method.
Packaging
Models are packed securely to minimize the risk of damage in transit.
Customs & import fees
For EU deliveries, no additional customs duties apply. For non-EU destinations (if agreed), the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please make sure the delivery address is correct. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, re-shipping costs may apply.
